One of e-selection’s core skills is identifying and recruiting the right people as specialists and executives, and supporting their integration into the company. We support SMEs and large companies in Switzerland and abroad in their professional search for specialists, project managers, dynamic sales experts and team leaders, as well as executives at the management level.
During our search, we primarily approach candidates selectively or source them actively, and in doing so rely on our extensive personal network and long-standing contacts with executives. We also launch job-specific advertising campaigns.
The first step in the targeted search for candidates is to identify qualified employees with the right profiles for specific or future positions. These individuals are then contacted and motivated towards interest in the company seeking employees. This task requires a high level of trustworthiness, communication and negotiation skills, as well as patience – because the most interesting candidates are often not even looking for a job.
